Session: Building your DEIB Playbook: From Idea to Impact

A transformative session sharing actionable strategies, from building an Employee Resource Group (ERG) to a women's leadership program. We'll explore the data that demonstrates the impact of diversity on cost savings for companies and revenue growth, as well as the data you should collect to showcase the value of ERGs to executives and the board.

We will provide a clear roadmap on how to craft a comprehensive DEI playbook designed to elevate women into Director+ roles. Whether you're an executive looking to present these strategies to your leadership or an individual eager to initiate change within your organization, learn how to bridge the gap between diversity intentions and execution.

Key Takeaways

  • “Why” you need a DEI program is not just important to your culture, but important to revenue
  • The outline to building a DEI program
  • Strategies for lifting women into Director+ roles and succession planning
  • Identifying KPIs relevant to the value of ERGs
