Her focus is on crafting innovative solutions that facilitate large-scale transformations across a range of industries.
With experience in Asia, Australia and Europe, she leverages a comprehensive understanding of regional markets to help deliver tailored consulting services that align with global leading practices. Catherine has successfully led major transformations for clients, helping ensure they navigate the complexities of the digital landscape and thrive in an ever-evolving macro environment.
She is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence within her teams, mentoring future leaders and driving impactful change through collaboration. Her passion for technology and transformation helps clients to achieve sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences.
Prior to joining EY, Catherine served as a Partner in a leading multinational information technology company.

Lisa Rose Jepson, PhD

Dr Lisa Rose Jepson is a data scientist, consultant, and researcher with a diverse background in data analysis, data profiling, and data validation, gained throughout her career in professional services, finance, retail, and academia. Currently based in the UKI Regional Technology Hub at EY, she works with the Data Product Factory, delivering valuable and actionable data insights, AI ready data, and quicker data familiarisation to consumers.
In her previous projects, Lisa Rose has worked closely with stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making through compelling storytelling. Her projects have ranged from addressing the award gap in higher education to revenue forecasting.
In addition to her data role, Lisa Rose is recognised as a leading voice in neuroinclusion. She leads client conversations on the business case for neurodiversity and enables high-performing neuroinclusive teams in her role as Neurodiversity Awareness Lead for EY’s Neurodiversity Community. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Autism at the University of Strathclyde, focusing on neuroinclusive employee experience. Lisa Rose also co-leads EY’s Menopause Community, where she worked collaboratively increasing the community's reach to all ages and genders by 20%, supporting colleagues and fostering understanding of the menopause in the workplace.
Lisa Rose holds a PhD in the geochemistry of volcanic rocks, where she collected field samples and analysed data to highlight the transport of elements throughout Earth systems.
In her spare time, Lisa Rose is an avid runner and a dedicated volunteer at junior parkrun. She is passionate about inclusion and building communities through outdoor activities. Additionally, she volunteers as a biological recorder, conducting biodiversity surveys.

Šarlota Svobodová is a Credit Risk Consultant at EY in Prague, Czech Republic. She helps financial institutions develop and validate credit risk models that meet regulatory requirements and support sound decision-making. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a master’s in Business Analytics, both completed in the United States. Her international background shapes the way she approaches problems - combining analytical thinking with a global perspective.
She is passionate about data, climate change, and financial technology. Her interests focus on how AI and advanced analytics can be used responsibly to create long-term social and environmental value. She believes in the power of data to inform better decisions and drive meaningful change.
Outside of her role at EY, she supports initiatives that promote diversity in tech and encourage more women to enter the fields of data and finance. She enjoys mentoring others and being part of a community that values inclusion, innovation, and impact.
