Digital Engineering: one name, but many areas where you can contribute to support our Financial Services clients in their digital transformation process.

  • Management of Project Management topics across all components: initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control/finalize, and related support processes such as scope definition, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management;
  • Definition of Work Plans (Master Plan/Detailed Plan) with sensitivity to all elements that ensure success;
  • Definition of program/project metrics and generation of reports related to resources, critical paths, project programs, budget vs actual, dependencies, etc.;
  • Development and maintenance of monitoring and control mechanisms to track project progress at all stages, including the creation of both operational and directional dashboards;
  • Highlighting project-related risks and managing their lifecycle, including the need for escalation;
  • Interfacing with the extended program/project team across all stakeholders (clients, suppliers, etc.).

Who are we looking for? Individuals with:

  • More than 3 years of experience in Project Management/PMO;
  • Preferential knowledge of the Financial Services sector;
  • Experience and skills in the following areas: Digital Banking, Digital Finance, Lending, Digital Risk (e.g., Credit Risk, etc.), Open Finance, PSD2, and any previous experience in vertical areas related to banking products/services;
  • Attitude and previous experience in complex projects and programs involving diverse stakeholders across multiple geographical areas;
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, even in the presence of many stakeholders;
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian, with the ability to manage meetings in person or remotely, write memos, and prepare documentation.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in internationally distributed teams, with coordination and communication in English;
  • Knowledge of Agile working models and certifications in IT (e.g., ITIL).
