Data Information Management: end-to-end data processing, from discovery to graphical representation.

You will be part of a team of professionals where you can participate in data-driven projects within Financial Services, where data and data culture are at the core of the client's evolution strategy. The resource will be integrated into the Information Management team, which focuses on: Data Strategy, Data Governance Framework, Data Quality, Data Culture, and Data-Driven projects.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and designing architectural landscapes and defining evolutionary roadmaps in the data domain (Data Strategy);
  • Designing and updating Data Governance Frameworks (Roles, Policies, Tools, etc.);
  • Mapping business processes, identifying control points, and designing Data Quality/KQI controls, including the use of AI/ML;
  • Utilizing and configuring tools and platforms to support Data Governance;
  • Designing end-to-end solutions for creating reporting dashboards;
  • Monitoring and governing projects within Data-Driven transformation programs.

Who are we looking for? Individuals with:

  • A degree in STEM fields (engineering, computer science, mathematics) with a strong inclination towards data analysis and at least 2 years of professional experience in the same sector;
  • Technical and functional skills in data management, modeling, and governance;
  • Teamwork skills, able to contribute in line with assigned roles, responsibilities, and activities, enhancing collaboration and fostering effective communication;
  • Knowledge of at least one of the main Data Visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik;
  • An analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong team collaboration skills;
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian, with the ability to manage meetings in person or remotely, write memos, and prepare documentation.

Nice to have:

  • Positive evaluation of experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google) and related data processing tools (i.e., Data Factory, AWS Glue, BigQuery);
  • Positive evaluation of relevant certifications.
