Bio
I spent the first 20 years of my career climbing the ranks of big consulting and tech firms. I started off in Detroit, however my consulting, sales and leadership roles at Arthur Andersen, Capgemini and Facebook (to name a few) bounced me all over the world and ultimately settled me in London in 2012.Along the way, I battled with my own perfectionism and Imposter Syndrome, and as I learned to un-learn those destructive mental habits, I became fascinated with how our consciousness has the power to determine the trajectory of our careers, businesses and lives. Helping others to tap into the answers and success they already had inside their own hearts and minds became my favourite part of any role I had. And now, as a leadership coach and speaker, I get to do just that on a daily basis.
Besides coaching, speaking and entrepreneuring, other activities that fill me up include yoga, travel and generally trying new things as much as possible.
My husband and I, along with our 7-year old son call London home.
